  Sit in line for over 20 mins with 1 car only in front of us when we pulled in. We ordered 2 shakes and still after 20 mins they weren't made. No one inside was doing anything at all. 1 or 2 people maybe eating inside, we watched 2 people walk out from inside for not getting helped. 10 cars behind us in line getting mad, getting out of their cars. No one was nice, then told me to have a blessed day with an attitude when I asked for my money back. I will never go there again. Act like I'm a problem after waiting that long and asking for my money back. 😆

  The dirtiest place I’ve ever been too the floors were so disgusting I don’t think they have ever been clean.pip machine was gross had nasty stuff underneath. All the tables were dirty , walls everything. I can only imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. I walked out I was grossed out.

  Ordered online pickup through drive through. Got there and when handed the bag 2 things ordered were not there. I asked and they said they didn’t even make them. Had to wait awhile while they made those items. Then checked my bag again and no dipping sauces were given. Had to go back through to get those. This is ridiculous supposed to be fast food do better dairy queen.

  Waited for our food to come out for 15 minutes only for our fries to be stale and cold and only got 5 tiny strips when we ordered a 6 piece chicken basket. Kinda disappointed, used to be a safe go-to but seems it’s not very consistent anymore. We’ll probably go somewhere else.

  No leadership.6 people up front .2 people cooking.came for a quick burger,fries,and pretzel stick and took over a half an hour with no body even in the damn place.hire someone who isn't scared to tell people to get there crap together.
