  I decided to come through Arby’s before heading home around 5pm on 8/7 at the Connersville location. When I got to the speaker a man took my order and I have never gone to a place where I was cussed at while he’s still taking my order. This Inconsiderate man had the audacity to say “I mean shit hurry up” after me only ordering 3 items (crinkle fries and 2 roast beef sliders). When I got to the window I realized the only guy working was dressed in a manger’s attire. I will not be going to this location from here on out. To treat your customers like that regardless if he thought I couldn’t hear him or not is just very unacceptable to me. Hire some managers who actually meet the basic requirements instead of being the reason you lose customers.

  Im not sure how days and nights are do dramatically diff. You go before 5 pm u will never have an issue. Never.beth is amazing at her job. ____ you go in at night... Just go to mac d. Seriously. The man manager who was there last night like 9 30. Very nice. However _ they gave us Sit lting cheese sticks. Then redipped them. So no. Got the cheese sticks we was suppose to get to begin with. Fresh. The sliders was missing meat. As they didnt weigh the meat _ they did have their vape sitting ON the work area where u make the sandwich. A vape. Mmk. I definitely want every ounce of the meat on my food. And why was there something black in my orange drink from the fountain? Anyways_ the biggest thing as in overall experience _ for the love of god_ fix the floor cleaner. We literally stuck to the floor . And when we said something he said they just mopped .. umm ur never suppose to stick to the floor AFTER cleaning it. All 4 ppl in there was walking around sounding LOUD . And the take out guy was also sticking to the floor. And had said something Cleaning the bottoms of my shoes after coming in to arbys is diabolical.

  Stopped in while traveling through to go on a train ride. We really enjoyed the beef-n-cheddar sandwiches. They actually seemed better than our own local Arby's restaurants in Northern Indiana. Nice large and clean dinning area. Keep up the great work. If we ever travel through again I would definitely stop!
