  Napkins. Be sure to ask for napkins before leaving drive through! The food and service were great other than that. But no napkins. Seriously?? With the type of some of the menu items napkins are essential! That shouldn't even be an issue. This has happened more than once with my order.

  I'm giving you a star only because of your employee Matthew. He was able to redeem the disaster that was your drive thru yesterday. If you are able to remain profitable and professional at this location it is because you have a great employee in Matthew. I encourage your corporate office to engage him for leadership. He took a bad situation and was able to calmly and professionally take control and get your drive thru serviceable again. Kudos to Matthew and corporate take note and promote this kid. He has the aptitude for leadership.

  When you mess up orders so often that when the customer calls in and says say my order is wrong, you don’t even take their name. You just say come back in whenever and we’ll replace it. Then you know you’re officially making orders wrong way too often.

  I ordered 3 tacos , right after I wrung a cup of brown grease I was able to eat one of them . This was a few days ago and I can still taste it .
