  My order total was 24.17 I had a 15% off coupon you tell me how my total came up to be $22. The food was cold the fries were stail. My Daughter didnt get her kids meals instead the guy was way to worried about asking us if we were done 10000 million times to worry about getting our order right.

  Let’s be honest it’s McDonald’s. I’m probably not going to stop going here just because it’s an easy place to get food and I have a job where if I have time to eat the easiest place to get food is where I’m going to go but EVERY ORDER I HAVE HAD HERE SINCE 2022 HAS BEEN WRONG In one way or another, and about 70% of those were so wrong, I actually had to go in and get them fixed, I worked at two different McDonald’s in high school, I would have been fired, and my managers would have been fired for pulling half the stuff they do, the wait times even when they’re not busy or long the wait times when they are busy are asinine. And yet, somehow, while the service gets significantly worse, by the day, they continue to charge more and more while hiring worse and worse employees.

  Rarely do I give 1 star reviews, but this place is legitimately run by toddlers in grown up clothes.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Service in the dining room is absolutely non existent. Every table was dirty. They've removed every single item that could be self service (drink machine, napkins, condiments etc) and have ZERO workers assigned to the front line to tend these needs. I placed my order on the kiosk (like you have a choice anymore) and waited. And waited, and waited. They NEVER called my number. When I went to look to see where my food was, it was there, quite cold sitting in the mobile pick up area on a tray. No sauce for the nuggets, ONE ketchup for two orders of fries and NOBODY to get them for you. So I waited some more. Almost six minutes I stood at the front counter waiting. Four employees made eye contact with me and ignored me. Only then did the manager come by to see what I needed. She was courteous but I'm also sure that my aggravation was quite clear on my face by this point. She got my condiments, as requested, and new fries because I requested them. I am not the only customer that had issues while I was there. One gentleman wanted to pay cash and stood there for an incredibly long time for someone to take his money. Another guy had to make four trips to the counter to get things that were not placed in his bag too begin with. Waiting each time. Someone from drive thru came in because there was an issue with their order as well. Not only is this location lacking in service but McDonald's entire business model seems determined to drive it's customers away at this point. The food is already low quality, we know that before we walk in the door, but combining ridiculous pricing with diminishing service on top of that is more than this customer is willing to deal with.

  We order online for curbside at 9 and didn't receive the order of a chicken mcgriddle and 1 hashbrown until 9:40
