- CCCasp3r_de_gh0stSep 27, 20261.0When you’re paying this much you would expect at the bare minimum they would AT LEAST get the order right. Driest and most flavorless patty i have ever eaten. I do not think any of the meat served here has ever been in the same room as any kind of salt or seasoning. And they have the nerve to put TWO of them on each regular hamburger, maybe to make you think you’re getting some kind of bargain. Both soda machines are broken. The one that actually has a working screen will spew a disgusting toxic sludge which the employees at this establishment have deemed fit for human consumption. The entire floor seems to be slick as a result of what was most likely a spill of several gallons of peanut oil which was never properly cleaned. The walls of the restaurant are littered with accolades and quotes from celebrities claiming this to be the some of the greatest fast food ever served. But these are not statements relevant to the five guys of present and future, instead they are only echoes, spectres of five guys’ past. They are dated 2006, 2009, 2012, etc. You will notice quickly none of these awards or magazine quotes are dated any more recent than 2018. This is because the deplorable state of this food chain’s current existence is not worthy of any comment, let alone praise. It should be forgotten, left to slowly bleed to death in the disheveled, broken, unrecognizable state it is in now, like a small game animal struck by car on the side of the road, left for dead by an indifferent world. The fact that people are still willing to pay for this garbage is a reflection of the state of the country as a whole, our greed and overconsumption has undoubtedly led to the slow erosion of the values and pride that being an american used to once guarantee.
