- MMMark Miller6 days ago1.0I have given this place the benefit of the doubt but I will say this place has really went downhill. Every time I’ve stopped in there it’s a 15 to 20 minute wait to get up to the counter and then they’re always out of meat telling you one day it’s gonna be five minutes another day it’s gonna be seven minutes it’s more like 15 to 20. I also find the cleanliness of the place to be absolutely disgusting and just doing a little research it appears they have multiple health violations with Bartholomew County. I recommend staying away from this place and if you really want chipotle I would drive to Greenwood

I stood in line for 20 minutes and when I got up to the front was told they were out of rice and steak but the to go side was filling orders with both. I said never mind and the guy behind yhe counter just huffed and rolled his eyes. Worst experience ever!

- VSVeronica SimpsonApr 10, 20261.0Me and my husband used to LOVE chipotle but the last few times he would get food poisoning really bad so we stopped going well yesterday he wanted to get me some bc I have been talking about it and well guess what now I have the most horrible food poisoning I’ve EVER had from their chicken plus it wasn’t even that good I didn’t even eat half of it and it’s really bad can’t imagine how bad it’d be if I ate more plus the last few time ls we went in the service was not great and once when we was with my mom she found a few hairs in her food so I will definitely never be goin back here usually I’m not one to leave reviews like this but when you’ve gotten food poisoning from the same places a few times the other customers should know and yes I know why would I go back if all that has happened and the answer I have no idea but u won’t see me anywhere near THIER again that’s for sure
