  This place is awesome. And they have amazing service my waitress Shelby was very nice and is very good at her job. She always kept my drinks refilled and always made sure I had everything I needed. The next time I come back I hope I get her again!

  The service from Shelby in the dining room is the best I've ever had. I've never had such an attentative and caring waitress in my life, always makes sure our drinks are full and food is as expected. 10/10 recommend coming here and if you're lucky enough to have Shelby, you'll always have a good experience.

  About a year and a half ago I left a fairly negative review, two stars, complaining about the service. Since that time I have become a regular. The service can vary depending on who you get as your server - I think that's pretty common in food service with sit-down these days. Since my initial for review I've found a server that keeps a pretty regular schedule, and that makes a big difference. I personally recommend asking to be seated in Shelby's section if she's working. She's taken very good care of me, which is probably why I became a regular. I need to stress that the service I receive isn't because I tip a lot (I think I tip fairly), nor because I'm an attractive guy (I'm a troll on my best days). She's very friendly and attentive as a server. Many wings were devoured during this review.

  Me and my family came in there tonight expecting to have a nice dinner. Instead we were met with cold food and a waitress who really enjoyed spending a majority of her time with a particular table talking and laughing just have a grand time. When it finally came time to our food I decided that I’d like to enjoy a drink with my dinner she asked for my ID no problem, I had realized I forgotten my wallet in the car I had offered to just run out and get it really quick or to even just not get the drink, she asked if I had a picture of my ID I show her a picture of it. She’s now taken the order and we’re waiting maybe 20-40mins for our food. Food finally gets there and over half of it is cold. I’m still waiting on my drink. It’s not until we ask to speak to a manager that I’m told they can’t accept a picture of my ID, it’s no problem I just I would’ve been told that before I spent my dinner waiting on a drink that wasn’t coming. The overall experience was just really bad. Manager was kinda helpful and gave us a nice 34$ discount off of our 103$ check. I just can’t justify spending money like that when the service was terrible. Shelby please do better and pay more attention to your other tables especially when you only have 2 of them!!

  If zero stars were an option, that would be what I’d pick for service. Shelby was AWFUL. Some people just aren’t meant to be servers. I’d understand if it had been busy, but she had 2 tables MAX 3. It took her 10 minutes just to get our drink order. Then she proceeded to sit in a booth behind us with her friends or whoever. She completely ignored us for a majority of the time we were there, and then ALL of our food came out cold like it had been sitting for 30+ minutes. Our cups were left empty multiple times. We then asked for the manager, and the way she responded to us asking was just disgusting. (Keep in mind we were very respectful the entire time!) She tried to defend herself like we hadn’t just watched her sit with the dudes behind us for a majority of the time we were there. Meanwhile the other server in there was working so hard! I’m so sad we didn’t get her! We watched 4 tables who came in after us leave before we even got our check. I’m really not someone to complain EVER, I’ve been a server in a busy restaurant. Never in a million years would I act the way she did. She made it very uncomfortable, unenjoyable, and overall just a bad situation turned worse. McDonald’s probably would have been better.
