    my fries were cold. I had to. go up and there was Human Fecies on the floor. it was dried so that tells you it's been that way for HOURSSSSS. I told management but no one went and cleaned it the entire time Iwe were eating in there. I watched the manager chit chat with some customers she must have known YUCK

    Shout out to all the folks that were on shift working hard today! Especially Ruby and Dawn! Y'all were polite, kind, and the food tasted great! It was busy and they were working their butts off! The food was hot and fresh! The place is clean. Plus I liked the music that was playing. Highly recommend this Arby's!
