  Grew up in Cloverdale and rarely come back into town but when we do we usually always hit the Taco Bell drive thru. I had seen some negativity about it on fb lately and as for our experience, great! 😊 Pleasant service with good, hot and quick food.

  After a long day of work I stopped in the drive through to order a Pepsi, one taco and chip with cheese. Was rushed to give my order only to wait 20min in line for one car. As I’m waiting I realize online it was literally $6 for my order verses $12. So I online order since I’ve already been in line for 15min. I get to the window and let the girl know hey I already paid online and to cancel the drive order but it’s the same as my online. All she had to do was hand me the food that was already made right next to her. She was hateful and told me to pull around the building (mind you the taco and drink were right there). So I pull around, wait again to have her come out and tell me to get in line again, but this time behind 5/6 cars and wait for my food as she smiled. Very rude and unprofessional. She should be fired. This place is the absolute worst!!!! I ended up getting a refund and called corporate. Don’t even do it!!!

  No beef, tables broke, doors locked until the kid in the back finishes his joint to unlock it. And the worst part of all. Their trash cans aren’t even big enough for their bags. Don’t even get me started on the cup situation. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have large cups. I’m over it. I wanna go home. I hate this place. This place is a prison.

  I have been to this location several times. Food is always hot, accurate, and quick. The service comes with about what you'd expect at a fast food parlor. They expect you to order on the kiosks. Came here last night with a rather large order afyer a ball game and asked the cashier to ring it up. He was not very happy about it and couldn't figure out his machine. The order was 75% correct, luckily we ate in. The main thing was chili cheese burritos are supposed to be steamed, he said they don't really do that anymore. The steam is what makes the flavor, I asked them to steam twice because I get extra chili and cheese, they didn't so I brought them back up to throw in the steamer and they just made 2 new ones and didn't even steam them once. The atmosphere is not really their issue, there is a hotel next door and were some shady characters in there.
