  The half of the staff working 9 PM, on May 1st, 2026 should not be working in fast food. One lady who was mainly working fryers starting wiping down the tables when like a group of 10 walked in the door and people honking at the windows. None of the tables were even dirty. She was wiping nothing. The man at the register was nice, but we had to correct the order several times. The boy working seemed to be the only competent person there and the lady with the ponytail. Save yourself time and go somewhere else, you will be waiting for your food. The store was well maintained though, but this quick stop turned into 30 minutes of waiting.

  I usually get take out through the app, which gives pretty good deals often. I will say this, check your food every time if you modified it in any way and it's important to you. I have had several orders without food, or without specific toppings, or toppings I've removed. However, their manager, she is awesome and has always made it right, and she's always there working really hard. I've seen and heard the line workers there get really upset and not really nice with other coworkers. I don't care if in the end I get the food I paid for, that's an in-house issue for them to work on. It's a typical fast food place right off the side of the major highway, they're all the same, busy and not happy. The ones that give you your order and talk to you are usually pretty cool. Some are very cool and good at their job, and I'll continue to go there.

  ⚠️ Consumer Warning ⚠️ I recently had a very concerning experience at Arby’s. While eating a gyro, I bit down on a bread tie that was inside the food, which resulted in a chipped tooth with blood. Assistant manager witnessed it. I have attempted to contact management but have not received any response or assistance regarding this matter. Food safety should always be a top priority, and I hope the situation is addressed promptly so no one else experiences something similar. If I do not hear back soon, I will be pursuing this through the proper legal channels to resolve it. I am sharing this so others are aware and can make informed decisions. I’ll be protesting out front soon with local Church and Veterans!!

  Out of chicken anything, give me grief for being at wrong register then attitude at the right register ...I didn't know taking orders for food was that horrible of a job ...now im editing cause it wo t let me set another review..today's 3.29 i gave it another shot, my food and service was good, how ever they treated the autistic woman next to me like crap, I do t get it nice is free, so maybe that's why they charge so much to disrespect you.
