    I moved to cloverdale a little over a year ago and was thrill3d to be so close to a Arbys.. until a year later nothings changed! 1st few times I accepted the fries are cold. I can NOT have salt so I get fries NO salt, that doesn't mean take the fry already cooked and drop them again. That's DISGUSTING! Also, please regularly change your oil, it tastes so old and like fish. I've gave this place several chances, and after today im done. Customer service is rude. And food is never hot like fresh hot it's warm... I dont know if there's no manager or if they just dont enforce clean.. i wont be back

    No stars for Cloverdale Arby's. Every time I've been there since moving to Cloverdale last year there's been issues. Today was the final opportunity for them and they blew it big time. Ordered online, charged, got to the store and they don't have a sandwich I ordered. Told them to cancel and they said you have to use the app. The app doesn't have an option to immediately cancel. Now I probably wait for day for my $31.61 refund, and I'll probably have to contact them multiple times to get it

    The half of the staff working 9 PM, on May 1st, 2026 should not be working in fast food. One lady who was mainly working fryers starting wiping down the tables when like a group of 10 walked in the door and people honking at the windows. None of the tables were even dirty. She was wiping nothing. The man at the register was nice, but we had to correct the order several times. The boy working seemed to be the only competent person there and the lady with the ponytail. Save yourself time and go somewhere else, you will be waiting for your food. The store was well maintained though, but this quick stop turned into 30 minutes of waiting.
