More proof why these kids are getting paid to much if they can’t even make a simple cheeseburger without screwing it up. Wife refused to eat the mess had to go get a plain cheeseburger for another $5.00 should about half that. Won’t be back.
- IJIsabella JonesMay 7, 20261.0Cashier didn't listen and take order correctly. Her name is Michaela A. Other people in the restaurant heard the order get placed but never got rang up. Brought to their attention and asked them to fix their mistakes and they forced the charge, and she even had an attitude and was becoming very defensive, which therefore I had to request manager and it became a hostile situation. The manager on duty unceremoniously brought the blizzard and basically slammed it on the table and walked away without an apology or anything. Update: my mom had asked for ranch with her tenders but was given gravy but when I had confronted them about it they had told me to show proof or pay for the ranch then they said if I want the ranch I need to give back the gravy (is that not illegal?) not only that but they had dropped a spoon before picking it up and sticking it in someone's ice cream (talk about disgusting 🤮).
