- LYLoretta YoungApr 24, 20261.0I ordered on the app for pickup, BOGO Footlong. My sandwich had 1/2 portion of meat, and the bread was rubbery. I took it back for a refund. Not sure what the issue was, but I think it's better to order in person there, so you can watch her make it and make sure your getting the proper proportion.

Oh, and if you try to use a coupon, you will get cussed out. They don't honor the specialties but will advertise them in the windows.. SMDH 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I have never in my life, met such a horrible group of people. And complaining to the "manager" does nothing because the older guy claims he is the "manager".. and if that's the case, I feel so bad for the employees and customers. I just know they are treated so horribly.. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

- MRMichael RayMar 27, 20261.0Went in to pick up my food, their kids are running around the back kitchen, the food wasn’t fresh but yet I ordered 5 min ago, they are very stingy with how much meat they give you, asked for ham on a foot long I got 2 slices, when she gave me my food she threw it on the counter and didn’t even have all the stuff in there, wouldn’t even let me grab what I ordered she reprinted the new receipt and telling me to wait then told me what I ordered so I could grab will not be coming back
