  Pizza was not made to order. The cheese sticks have been taken down to a smaller size than a granola bar. I won't go back. I miss the old school dining experience.

  I’m beyond disappointed with this location. Jeffersonville is SO MUCH BETTER. Unfortunately, I just recently moved to Clarksville and this is the closest location. My family orders pizza roughly once a week. I ordered from here a few weeks ago and they messed up one of our pizzas, we called they said they would add a credit to our account for our next order. No big deal, it was never added. We let it go. Then today AGAIN, wrong order. We called EUGENE, told us he made the pizza himself and said we got the right order. He was extremely rude and called us liars. It was honestly one of the most disrespectful customer service interactions I’ve ever had. We did report to corporate. If you can’t manage a mistake YOUR company made, you shouldn’t be a manager. Just awful.. 2/10 don’t recommend. I don’t even care that it was messed up but the disrespectfulness is absolutely unacceptable.

  I ordered the Big Box deal through Instacart/Uber Eats and 1 of the 2 pizzas was missing. There was a handwritten note on the recipt that stated "ran out of dough". Instacart gave me a $2 credit to my account, but stated they could not refund me for this item. I called the store to ask for a refund and the employee that answered hung up on me. If they ran out of dough, they should have cancelled the ordered and asked me to order something else, or given me extra of the other items (breadsticks or wings) to make up for the missing pizza. I will not be ordering from this location again.
