  Decent chicken, too pricy for what you get.Another restaurant wanting guests to subsidize employee pay by throwing a tip screen up in your face with a minimum 15% tip on it for counter service rather than paying employees a fair wage.

  This location has went down hill so fast… for $20 I would never of expected this terrible of quality. They are nice but quality is awful now. Dry, over seasoned and low quality of chicken.

  The chicken was excellent... crunchy, juicy and tender....I had the had the spiked Honey dipping sauce and it was delicious..fried pickles were very tasty...the service was great... friendly and helpful...👍👍

  I heard good things about this franchise so my family and I decided to try it for dinner. While I can’t speak for the entire franchise, the food and service at the Clarksville location was disappointing. My family came specifically to order the family meal, and we were the second group in line. The only reason we didn’t order before 8pm was because the customer ahead of us took several minutes to place his order. By the time it was finally our turn, it was approximately 8:01 or 8:02. The cashier asked someone in the back if they could still honor the family meal, and he refused. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all. This wasn’t a situation where they were overwhelmed or trying to close early. It was literally a matter of one or two minutes, caused by waiting in line. If you’re going to advertise a family meal that cuts off at 8pm, there should be at least a little common sense and discretion when customers have already been waiting in line before the cutoff. Penalizing customers because someone else’s order took longer than expected is poor customer service. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the original sauce, along with mac and cheese and fried pickles as sides. The fried pickles were the only satisfying part of the meal. Both the sandwich and mac and cheese were lukewarm. The mac and cheese was not fresh, lacked any flavor, and the portion size was inadequate. It is difficult to justify the price for such disappointing food.
