- AMAndrew McAdams4 days ago1.0I ordered delivery a couple weeks ago. They then outsourced their delivery to doordash who didnt pick up order. They were kind enough to offer credits...i call to order and the store tells me there are no credits. Lied too. I will never order from this store again. Follow up, the GM followed up with me today and corrected the problem. Thank you.
- PMPatti McQuillenSep 8, 20263.0I'm used to good food from Jimmy John's. Yesterday was not even close to it. Having the toppings and meat lay end to end serves a tasty purpose. You're supposed to get all the flavors in every bite. The bread is baked a particular way to enhance flavor - not reduce it. Yes, it was way too dark. I asked for it to be cut in half. It arrived whole. This is such an easy step! We just moved here, and did not have time for a store run. I asked for mayo packets. Nothing. Then I found out the GM doesn't keep drivers, so using the card was the only way to pay for the delivery. This was the worst delivery ever. Yes, I have the order info.

The employee handled it very well, and I was impressed by his de-escalating skills. The rude customer behind me might have been DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, etc. This was his vehicle pictured below(1:09 PM), and he was picking up for “Micah”. If you would like to report him to the food delivery service.

My sandwich wasn't cut in half and of course I get home and don't even have my chips! And also refused to sell me bread because it was all he had. Isn't this why you prep more?
