  An absolute joke. Waited over 45 minutes for a to go order. Employees just standing around doing nothing. Manager running around on her phone. Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. Overpriced, food is mid at best, and employees who genuinely don't care. Will never return and will tell everyone I know the same.

  Wasn't bust at all when we went. Service was prompt and friendly and the food was very good!

  Well the picture below is my review from over a year ago. Sad to see nothing has changed at this location. Sat for 9 minutes in drive thru without even moving, went next door to arbys, waited and ordered, received my food, and upon driving back by fazolis, saw that the lime STILL hadn't moved. How does a "fast" food place get to the point of having this poor of service times? Olive Garden wait for taco bell level pasta is a joke. Fazoli corporate needs to check into this location as its obviously a stain on the company

  I come to this location all the time! The staff is always super friendly. The food is always fresh and good! Lastnight they had ran out of Alfredo but Katie and Kristian made more and they gave me some bread and pizza slices on the house for the wait. Thank you all for being awesome!!! ❤️
