  Straight disappointment. We ordered our main meal which was wings and they didn’t put it in the bag. The door dasher didn’t check the bag correctly either. How do you forget the main meal ? Seriously?

  Came in on mother's day. First we walked in seen several employees, but everyone just stared at us instead of seating us or even saying anything. Finally get seated. Service was awful!! We ordered a appetizer, we never got!! Our food came. Which mine was wrong and the server sat it in front of me like it was no big deal. So I took off what I didn't like. I asked about the appetizer several times. The server kept saying its coming. She walked past the table noticing we needed refills. We finally got those when we were finished!!! We finished eating, still no appetizer!!! I told her we were done to take it off the check. They definitely wasnt busy. The service was horrible!!! The food would have been better if it had been correct.

  Idiotic options on Doordash menu. Wings and fries. Okay. What sides? Every option is an upsell. I assumed no answer would net me the basic fries. No. Side sauces not marked. I loathe ranch and ordered separate Bleu. Can't tell the difference between ranch and bleu from the cups and people just grabbing since they aren't marked. You may not control Doordash and I was ultimately saved from the standard soggy fries, but there will be no future orders. You DO control the menu. Fool me once.

  DONT COME UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR FOOD! I came here with my family to give the bottomless apps a try and see how it was. We walk in and the manager and one of the employees are arguing with each other and are not acknowledging us standing right next to them. We should've left them but my husband was insisting to try the apps. We sat for almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Waited another 12 minutes for our drinks to come to the table and 25 minutes for the apps to hit the table. Already sitting for almost an hour. We ordered a refill of apps and it took almost another 25 minutes and we still barely received it. Our food took even longer. It showed up barely warm and wrong. The server had a simple mistake where she stated that the manager would take it out of her check if not comp the wrong items. She left shortly after saying that so I asked her to be sure and she confirmed that yes they have put items that are mess ups on her bill that she does get an employee discount on it has to pay for the mistake. Then my husband asked her what was taking so long seeing as we'd been there for over an hour and a half at that point and she stated that the kitchen was overwhelmed with take out orders. Which the manager can turn off but obviously wouldn't turn them off. Here I am pissed now over this situation. I did ask to speak to the manager about this whole thing and he can't be found meaning he isn't helping the kitchen staff since they are so overwhelmed. I did speak to him and reported everything that I've stated here and I won't lie. I told him he's failed as a manger and is failing his team. He smirked at that and said alright do you want your food comped. I stated I was leaving it all there so idc if it's comped and he did comp it. Our server was sweet and you could tell was overwhelmed. I am reporting them to the labor board for potentially making staff pay for mess ups considering that is ILLEGAL!! Dont come here unless you want to wait all day!!

  We walk in tonight at 10:45pm and told that they was done for the night. This is not the first time this happened so why not just change your hours.
