  My wife was shopping with our children and had a very mixed experience. While trying to find a specific creamer she went up to guest services and the man working there was very rude. When she asked if he could look up the item he just shook his head and said "No". When she explained what it was he just stated that they didn't have it. She then found a pair of nice ladies that got ahold of the Dairy department and had a person waiting to show her to the item. So goods and bads.

  I travel 10 miles to go to this store!.It has the best meat, produce and seafood sales in the area.

  I have been purchasing from this store for over 10 years. There have been many changes in the last year and a half that have shown how GREEDY the corporation real is. The last straw for me is the placement of products in front of other products in the refrigerator cases! The whole point of glass doors are so you can see the product inside with out having to open the door. But now the GREEDY corporates made a deal to start placing products like oreo cookies directly in from of the organic milk section. So now you have to push the unhealthy cheap garbage products out of the way just to find the real food. Other examples are peanut butter in front of ice cream tubs. All these products already have a particular shelf space in a aisle that makes sense . Also wanted to mention that the same oreos where taking up floor space not even 6 ft away in the cart/ customer space with pallets of other cheap unhealthy garbage that no one should eat in your way. Which if you are their on a busy day you would know how much of a fire hazard it has become. So this one products that is not considered food has more multiple prime position in the store than actual food like vegetables/meat which gets a very small footprint. Again the changes to this store have not been for the community, it has been to strength corporate greedy . A good example of this is having to have an app just to get the sale price . This is so they can store everything you do and scan in the store and sell that info to the mega greedy corporations that try to sale chips, pop, cookies , candy and over processed products as food. Which all of those products are void of any nutrients. I know I am not the only one that feels like this. This is the prime example of what needs to be fixed in this country across the board.

  The location in Chesterton, IN is an older store, so the setup doesn't flow well. The staff is always nice and helpful. And I use the app to shop for pickup and have never had a problem.
