  Came to this Dunkin after a long drive and the coffee was made properly however, both restrooms were not in order making me three children and another mom. I have to go to another location just to use the restroom. There was also no other cars in the driveway besides me and the other mom which tells me that it was probably an employee inside of the women’s restroom since there was no sign on the women’s restroom The lady at the front counter was rude when she expressed that the bathrooms were not in order and also did not even try to offer another location, where a restroom might be for their children Do better at this location I am an avid customer of Dunkin. I come to Dunkin every single day Like clockwork This location needs to do better.

  The first time I have gotten a dozen donuts in a long time...all the frosting was melting off of every donut!...what a gloppy mess...I do not remember donuts being like this ever...they blamed it on the humidity...but the store is air conditioned?...🤷‍♀️...

  This was easily one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a Dunkin. The problems started the moment we sat down. The dining area wasn't clean, several tables needed to be wiped down, and the napkin station was empty. I knew right away, the staff did not care about this place, and typically that's a culture set by the owner. The staff does not respect whoever runs this place. Unfortunately, the food wasn't any better. The donuts tasted stale and definitely didn't seem fresh, which is the last thing you'd expect from a Dunkin. The biggest disappointment, though, was the customer service. My 9-year-old son ordered a drink, took one sip, and immediately said it tasted like cough medicine. He wasn't trying to get something for free; he simply didn't like the flavor. I politely asked if we could exchange it for a different drink, and instead of making a simple swap, I was told I'd have to purchase an entirely new drink while the original one was thrown away. That came from management. The cost to the business to make that right was very minimal, but instead they chose to lose a customer for life over it. Good customer service comes down to taking care of people. Between the stale donuts, the unclean dining area, and the unwillingness to make a simple customer-focused decision, this location has lost my business for good. I won't be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 different coffees, and they were all simple orders. French vanilla with cream. They didnt add vanilla to it. I also ordered jelly filled munchkins and was given chocolate. I went inside to ask if they can add vanilla to my coffee and the staff seemed annoyed and just turned around and filled a small cup with vanilla syrup and handed it to me. And when I asked if I could get jelly filled munching like I ordered she stated "well we dont have any" and did not mention this to me while i was at the order window. The staff definitely seemed annoyed and rude. Not returning to this location in the future.

  I'm not writing this to discredit anyone else's experience, because everyone's experience is their own. I can only speak for mine. I've had nothing but great service at this location. In fact, I drive to this Dunkin even though there's another location less than two minutes from my house. The staff has always been friendly, my orders have been accurate, and the service has been consistently good. On the rare occasion that my coffee isn't exactly right, it's usually a face I've never seen at the window before, which tells me it's likely a new hire or someone still in training. Even then, mistakes happen, and I've never felt like it was due to a lack of effort or poor customer service. I know reviews tend to attract people when something goes wrong, so I felt it was only fair to leave a review when things have gone right. This location has earned my business time and time again, and that's why I continue to make the extra drive.
