- CHChris Haleva3 days ago1.0I order here several times a week, and every time I walk in, I’m hoping the employee with the tattoos on his neck isn’t working the line. Unfortunately, he consistently provides the worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. He mumbles, comes across as though he doesn’t want to be there, and makes customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. He rushes through orders so quickly that he doesn’t actually listen to what customers are saying. During my most recent visit, he moved so fast that he got my order wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of listening, he argued with me about it. Speed is great, but not when it comes at the expense of accuracy and basic customer service. Taking an extra few seconds to listen and communicate would prevent mistakes and create a much better experience for customers. I enjoy this location and visit often, but interactions like this make me think twice about coming back.

Got there at 9:15 and was told the order wasn’t actually ready and that I needed to wait because they had a line. I didn’t get my order until 9:25 and the worker was so rude the entire time.

Then when I was left no option but to order a burrito it was cold, then when asked if they could warm it they said they aren’t capable of that. Mind you the warmer press is right next to her. It was all around the worst location. Simple requests and in a dead time of day couldn’t be bothered to make it the correct way. For a newer location yall should be doing much better
