  I put "don't knock" right in the instructions. They knocked. Even after selecting "non-contact delivery". Then the pizza looked like this. It wasn't cut (I cut it prior to taking this photo), and was for some reason missing cheese on one side. Pizza Hut definitely does pan pizza better.

  I didn’t think any papa John’s could be worse than the sellersburg location, but since the Charlestown got the new building they literally said “hold my beer, we can be worse” I’ve give this location 3 tries and every time has been absolutely horrible. I wrote the store manager every time also, and just hit with the same $20 promo code to order more. The food is garbage, air bubbles all over the pizza, literally no cheese even when spending an extra $2 to extra cheese. They can’t even actually cut the pizza right. But today was the last draw solely based on the customer service. Pulled up to the drive up window, 3 workers inside(one older man, and 2 younger dark haired girls) all three heard the ringer, and all three looked out the window at me at least once. Did they come help? Nope just looked and kept doing what they were doing while i literally sat there for 7 mins. My order was the only one in, it was already done sitting on the rack with the lid open letting the heat out. Another customer did pull up and walk in, they immediately walked to the counter to help them while I sat waiting. Old man finally walks to the window, doesn’t even greet me just looks, I tell him my name and I had an online order, walks over grabs my food, hands it to me and literally never said a single word. Like what kind of customer service is that? This location has done went downhill, across the road and became the new landfill. Papa John’s, do better. Everyone else, go to another location

  Employees here cant even cut a pizza correctly or make a decent one for that matter. Its been going downhill since they moved across the street. I will not order from here again. The picture is how my pizza was delivered today.

  Order pizza to pick up. Husband got home and it was the most pathetic pizza we have ever gotten. Tried to call and talk to them to see if they did light cheese or something because it had hardly any on it. Was placed on hold and left there. After awhile I hung up. Do better when you have a person saying on an advertisement when your customers are on hold try out new pan pizza with edge to edge cheese and toppings. That is not what we got. As you can see in the provided picture. We don't live close so it's not like we could just turn around and go back.

  Pizza is usually made well but they never cut it through all the way. As expensive as it is, I shouldn’t have to use my pizza cutter to finish their job. The Delivery drivers are always amazing!!
