  This review is aimed at the Cedar Lake location. I read the reviews daily & also drive by quite often. I notice the General Mgr. frequents sitting in his car 99% of his shift. This is unacceptable!!! Why isn’t he doing his job in the store helping these young kids that are overwhelmed when the store gets very busy?? That’s what a good manager does. I was a Supervisor/Manager for 20 years and a very good one. Don’t think you’re too good to help out! And then reap the benefits of being a manager & get bonuses. Those young kids should be getting the bonuses. I will be contacting Corporate Office.

  Im done coming to this location. Every time I order online, I wait at least 15 min to arrive and my order is never ready. Last time it was ready..but got sent out through the drive thru window to a random customer and had to wait another 15 to get my order. This time I waited 20 min and watched 2 people come in, place their order at the computer and get their food before I got asked if I was waiting for an order.. waited 5 more min and left without my food. This is at 7pm, far from a lunch rush. No other location I go to has this problem.

  I barley waited on my food in the drive through making it easy for me to get to work the darker guy at the window was extremely nice extra sauces and amazing food

  Get rid of the automated system and go back to a working system! The robot doesn't take orders and it’s annoying that I have to talk to it

  The service was great! I especially want to shout out Mason at the drive-thru..he was very welcoming and provided service with a smile. It really made the experience better. Appreciate the positive attitude!
