  Just went through the drive through… had to deal with their stupid AI. When we asked for more fire sauce for a 50 dollar order the ai didn’t understand so we asked for more several time and then the worker came on and said, “can you stop yelling in my ear” like we knew they were there!?!!! Then proceeded to give us like 12 sauces for a 50 dollar order.

  The manager Nevaeh at this location was outstanding! She took our order in person and was so kind. Her energy and kindness made my day! We had a hard time using the ordering kiosk and she came over and assisted us with us even having to ask! She even came by while we were eating to make sure everything tasted good! She was so awesome, the food was good but we will come back just because of Nevaeh's kind personality!

  Im done coming to this location. Every time I order online, I wait at least 15 min to arrive and my order is never ready. Last time it was ready..but got sent out through the drive thru window to a random customer and had to wait another 15 to get my order. This time I waited 20 min and watched 2 people come in, place their order at the computer and get their food before I got asked if I was waiting for an order.. waited 5 more min and left without my food. This is at 7pm, far from a lunch rush. No other location I go to has this problem.

  I barley waited on my food in the drive through making it easy for me to get to work the darker guy at the window was extremely nice extra sauces and amazing food
