- HIHeather InmanJul 29, 20261.0Went through the drive through ordered a double strawberry refresher, munchkins, loaded hash browns, and a sausage cheese croissant. When I got my drink it was made wrong, we got pulled forward to a gas pump? I dont know why I would be told to pull to a gas pump but whatever. They forgot a straw for me so I went back in. On my way out 2 girls had to go out together because they were nervous? Im not sure. But they then were standing by mine and my husband's car too afraid to give him our food so I said I'd take it. We drive off and I get into the bag to find no fork to eat loaded hashbrowns with and no napkins. I thought ok whatever. THEN I go to eat my sandwich that was ICE COLD, literally the middle of it was FROZEN! My husband said the munchkins were fine. But come on I just spent $20 to get 1 good thing? RIDICULOUS!!! We called to speak to a manager to get something done about it, in which they informed us there was no manager there. Way to run a business! I will never go back there. If I could give it a 0 starts I WOULD!
