  I only order the drinks and chips and cheese because the quality of the food is consistently subpar and I figured they couldn't screw up chips and cheese. I was wrong. They put so much salt on the chips that they are inedible, I asked them to use less and they told me they were pre salted. This location has been bad for years and a lot of us in the neighborhood go to the Nora location instead even though it's farther away. I do love the freezes though and the desserts when they don't overcook them.

  With all the kiosks these days, employees no longer see the importance of customer service. I placed an order online and, according to the app, my order was ready. I head over to the restaurant to pick it up and there are no employees to speak to. They are all in the back, either working the drive thru or making orders. Which is fine, but 15-20 mins of ignoring the customers dining in, is asinine. The only reason I finally got their attention was that I LOUDLY said “Excuse me, I believe that is my order. It would be great if you could also pay attention to the customers dining in, instead of just the drive thru. My order was ready 15 mins ago, just sitting on a counter. But how would I know that? NO ONE BOTHERED TO GREET OR ACKNOWLEDGE OUR EXISTENCE. I have worked retail and food service before, but this “avoiding customers” is ridiculous. Going out of your way to avoid making eye contact, seems to be the norm in all fast food restaurants.

  It's my first time in this Taco Bell, I'm traveling to know the city and I went in to buy something to eat, they recommended the quesadillas and a potato burrito that I loved.
