  Waited in the drive thru for more than 50 minutes!

  We just moved to this area of town and both times we have attempted to come here the staff has made it impossible for us to even order. The hours say they close at 2am. The first time we came through it was midnight, Taco Bell was the only thing open and we were starving. We went up to the drive thru mic to be told they were closing early and they wouldn’t take our order. Although disappointed, I get it, late night staff is hard to find and they probably didn’t have enough workers. But last night, Saturday, July 13, 2026 we pulled up to the drive thru at 11pm. Very similarly, we had just finished a wedding and were starving but nothing else was open. When we pulled up they said “we’re only taking mobile orders and DoorDash right now”. Okay so there’s nobody in your parking lot, no one in your building, and you want me to park in a spot, order online, and come right back through the drive thru? He answers yes. Okay, weird, but again we are so hungry. So we attempt to put an order in through the app to find out they’ve turned off orders on the app and DoorDash. These people just don’t want to work and I have no idea how this location will stay in business. I’m really posting this not because I care but because I definitely think the owner needs to know that they are consistently missing out on sales purposefully. Do better!!

  I have been waiting at Taco Bell for over 30 minutes for my order. The staff do not seem concerned about customers, and the service is very slow. This experience has been disappointing.

  We visited this location on April 3, 2026 around 5:30pm, our son loves Taco Bell. Went through the drive through, got home and realized I paid for a drink and did not get it ($16.00 for his meal). I went back, gave them the receipt to prove I had paid for it. I asked if I could get a free drink for having to come back (20 minutes away). Manager said “no, you have to pay for it.” I said I would not be back, and she flipped me the bird finger. Little did I know, our son’s credit card number would be used by the manager that night at 10pm, to order a meal for $14.25. They had our receipt, which would have had the reference number, last 4-digits of his credit card, etc. They had all the info needed to charge our son’s account. We were home at 10pm giving our son his mist treatment, not out getting food. We filed a dispute with our bank, BUT, our son HAS TO PAY FOR A MEAL HE NEVER ORDERED OR EVEN RECEIVED. The charge was $14.25. We will not return to this specific Taco Bell. This is the second time we have been to a Taco Bell (86th & Michigan) where someone in their staff has used our credit card. BE CAREFUL USING YOUR CREDIT CARDS AT TACO BELL. We ALL have to answer for our misgivings to Our Lord on judgement day.
