  No respect for people’s time here. I have been trapped in line for 45 minutes and I haven’t even ordered yet and there is only 1 car that has passed. This is the third time this has happened in the last 3 months (the only times I have been). I thought maybe it was just a coincidence. No. It’s a re-occurring issue that needs addressed. You can’t get out of line because they have made the drive-thru so you’re pinned in and unaware this is even going on until you get in line and then people come in behind you. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and no one in line right now deserves this. The owner from this franchise and management need to get it together. Update in real-life time: Approached the speaker (also where I can get out of here) after an hour and I obviously expressed my discouragement and ask the wait time for 2 cars in front of me. He says, “Honestly, ma’am, about an hour”. Two hours in a DRIVE-THRU LINE FOR FOOD? An hour for 2 more orders to be fulfilled? Statistically, at this point, they’re taking 30 minutes per car? What for?? He goes onto say, “We have about 40 Door Dash orders and 20 pick-ups”. So, these people at home waiting in the comfort of their own home have a priority over people who come to the restaurant and are PINNED IN a land-locked area with no way to get out until they get up to the speaker? The system is messed up. I have a baby at home. People are coming from a full-day of work, tired, and pinned in your drive-thru? I don’t care if someone has nothing going on all night. No one deserves their time stolen like this. Have some respect for people’s time and their evening which could/should be spent doing almost anything other than this. The kids working here too didn’t deserve my gruffness either because they’re IN IT because MANAGEMENT has not taken care of this situation and the OWNER hasn’t either. If you want to act like this, get rid of the curb so people can get home to their family and don’t have to wait an hour to even talk to someone. If you’re wondering, I did not wait another hour for 2 cars to go by. I’m also passing this along to corporate as well.

  I was given 4 free tacos because of a mess up they did from a prior experience. Came in today to redeem the 4 tacos and I can only do 1?? How does that make any sense

  I promise this was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They messed up on my order by giving me chicken instead of steak. The ground beef in the taco supreme was full of hard nerves or something. Spoke with manager and HE HUNG UP ON ME AND REFUSED TO ANSWER AGAIN. Worst 27 something spent ever. I will be posting on Facebook this nightmare and tagging local friends. This location needs to shut down. I'm disgusted 😡🤬🤬🤬. NEVER WILL I SPEND A CENT AT TACO BELL AGAIN AND I'M ALSO FROM TEXAS WHO WILL BE NOT PURCHASING AS MUCH FROM THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. I Rox San Castro am very influential especially for restaurants and YOUR BUSINESS WILL FEEL THE RIPPLE OF THIS HUGE MISTAKE. SMH... YOU'LL SEE.

  We just moved to this area of town and both times we have attempted to come here the staff has made it impossible for us to even order. The hours say they close at 2am. The first time we came through it was midnight, Taco Bell was the only thing open and we were starving. We went up to the drive thru mic to be told they were closing early and they wouldn’t take our order. Although disappointed, I get it, late night staff is hard to find and they probably didn’t have enough workers. But last night, Saturday, July 13, 2026 we pulled up to the drive thru at 11pm. Very similarly, we had just finished a wedding and were starving but nothing else was open. When we pulled up they said “we’re only taking mobile orders and DoorDash right now”. Okay so there’s nobody in your parking lot, no one in your building, and you want me to park in a spot, order online, and come right back through the drive thru? He answers yes. Okay, weird, but again we are so hungry. So we attempt to put an order in through the app to find out they’ve turned off orders on the app and DoorDash. These people just don’t want to work and I have no idea how this location will stay in business. I’m really posting this not because I care but because I definitely think the owner needs to know that they are consistently missing out on sales purposefully. Do better!!
