  hate to be this guy but this is the worst mcdonald's, especially considering the nice location. you order from the kiosk it never comes, you have to remind them, so slow every time no matter what, coffee with sugar you get no sugar...

  The manager was hateful,the workers were standing around doing nothing to help her.. you could tell they don’t value their jobs!!🙄🙄 it took a long time to get our food and drink refills. I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone.

  1 star. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The employee taking our order at the drive-thru was extremely rude from the start. Every single time we added something to our order, he would immediately cut us off with “Anything else?” in a very dismissive tone. It felt rushed and disrespectful. We even tried being polite and asked him how his day was going when we got to the window, and he completely ignored us. After that, we sat at the second window for about 4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally came to the window, the first thing they asked was, “Do you have your drinks yet?” No, we didn’t — because no one had even come to help us. The food presentation was terrible. They crammed a large fry, small fry, Filet-O-Fish, McDouble, 4-piece nugget, and a McChicken all into one bag. The small fry was dumped over on its side, the Filet-O-Fish was halfway off the bun with tartar sauce squeezed out everywhere, and the McChicken was smashed flat with lettuce spilling all over the wrapper. It’s disappointing to spend money on food and service this poor. Definitely not the quality or professionalism customers should expect. Lost a customer.

  The place takes too long to serve food and when you ask for a refund because of how it takes, they’ll refuse to refund you. Also this place doesn’t print receipts, so good luck proving you paid. No food no refunds

  The atmosphere and service were both fine; however, I ordered a Mario Bros Happy Meal for my little brother, but I didn't receive the corresponding toy or even the correct box. I asked one of the employees—the one wearing the blue shirt—about it, and he told me they were all out of those items. In my opinion, they really should remove it from the menu display so that other people don't end up in the same situation we did. That said, the service from one of the young women who brings the food to the tables was fantastic—she was very friendly.
