  Half of my chicken was undercooked. Mashed potatoes were left out of the order.

  Food was covered in little white hairs. Looked like cat or animal hair. The wings were covered in them. Super grossed out. Probably about 5 hairs caked into the batter on each wing. I ate a few before I noticed and I’m beyond disgusted. I just don’t understand how that happens. 1 hair fine. 2 hairs. Gross, but literally 50 little hairs all over the wings is foul.

  My husband is a hot chicken fanatic, so we’ve had hot chicken sandwiches from all across the country. Joelle’s has really good food, it’s hot and fresh; made to order. The chicken is crispy with great flavor and their garlic parm fries are THE BEST! My great experience at this location wasn’t just the food… it was the manager Ashton; we had a warm greeting, great conversation, friendly jokes, helpful tips, and even remembered our names to say goodbye when leaving. His hospitality would make me come back to this location, even living 3 hours away. Way to go, it’s hard to find good customer service anymore let alone great! Thanks a bunch!
