Today I went in around 1:30 p.m. when I went to place my order I was met by an much older woman in front of the register wearing a red shirt, purple face, and gray hair in a bun. The look inconvenience and annoyance in her eyes as she stared me down was obvious. When I placed my order I requested that the 2 sandwiches were cut in half and wrapped separately (was grabbing food for my young nephews and a full size sandwich would be to much for them to eat so I would keep the other half in the fridge for them to eat later). She stairs at me like i was asking for her to move mountains. After a long awkward stair down she finally says "you want both sandwiches cut in half!?" In a very aggressive tone, i said yes please. She yells back to the line crew "SHE WANTS BOTH SANDWICHES CUT IN HALF AND WRAPPED SEPARATELY!!" It was weird and awkward - she wasnt even the one making the sandwiches so I dont understand how cutting the sandwiches in half is an inconvenience to her? The line crew were making all the sandwiches. I sat and waited patiently, and with each new customer coming in either to pick-up orders or place orders to eat, she would huff and and make a dramatic roll her eyes like the customers were annoying and a bothersome to her existence. To be honest im shocked her eyes did not get stuck when she made her big dramatic eye rolls. Once my order was finally completed I walked up to pick it up. I asked the young man behind the counter is the woman in the red shirt was okay and he stated "she just gets mad easily". I just "okay, Gotcha". I thanked him and continued on with my day. She wasnt wearing a name badge, but maybe she should re-think her profession. The customer service/service industry doesnt seem like it's her "calling". I understand it was busy, but it was also 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday the weather was finally nice enough for people to be out and about and grab some food. I really hope she treats her co-workers better than she does the customers because I can only imagine she would be a nightmare to work with. The other employees were nice and cool and the food was good.

2 teenage punks named jackson robert taylor and cole koski played a little prank on me and cut my sandwich into 5 pieces. I did not find this amusing in the slightest and i took this picture.
