We got two flights and split some tots, but realistically, we only needed one flight for two of us. Still, the dogs got some leftovers as a treat so that wasn't too bad a deal in canine eyes.

The burgers are made to order with incredibly fresh beef, and the onion rings were perfectly crisp. We were pleasantly surprised by their Friday special: two specialty burgers, onion rings, and two drinks for just $25—an absolute steal for the quality. We choose the Bacon Jam and Heat burgers. What really set the night apart, though, was the service. Dante’s welcoming presence and great conversation made the meal even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back, especially to check out their $1 wing night on Wednesdays.

I'll stick to the basics: Food: My Mushroom & Swiss burger was good. Not spectacular, but good. The Sidewinder fries were nicely cooked. The star of this show was unexpected; the Caesar side salad was presented beautifully and was an unusually large portion (being that it was just a side item). Ambience: They're in a relatively small space. It's a burger bar, so it is what it is, but at least the building is in a nice place in Carmel. Service: You order at the counter/register, and they bring the food to your table. Service was prompt. Those three categories were all good, but I think this was just a case where the whole seemed less than the sum of its parts. They do appear to offer boxes of sliders as a take-out item, so I may try that in the future.
