  The bagel selection 120 minutes before closing time= 1 bagel to choose from. The drive through was closed. The sandwich was awful. It tasted 2 days old. The three or four women working were chickens running around like chicken little. Stuff getting missed in orders. People given wrong orders. Smh. Nuts!! definitely miss my Texas locations. Lived there 11 years. You could drive through the drive through get a perfectly put together sandwich and it was FRESH every time and I never had problems getting the bagel I wanted!! The Texas people had their stuff together!! Indiana needs a clean up desperately. The quality here is lousy, the customer service is terrible, there is no communication between the employees or the employee to the customer! They can't even communicate to customers walking in what register to go to so they can ve serviced. Immature, inconsiderate and unprofessional describes the attitudes employed here after this disappointing sandwich, I will not return because it's not the standard I'm used to living in Texas!!!

  Kelly was truly one of the best people I’ve ever met. She absolutely made my day. No other location was able to prepare 40 bagels the same day, but she made it happen in just 40 minutes. That level of customer service, effort, and kindness really means a lot. Huge respect to Kelly for going above and beyond people like her are the reason customers come back.

  Highly disappointed. I was very eager to confirm the tastiness of Einsteins bagels. Also, even worse that I over apologized for arriving 10 min past my pick up time, and was underwhelmed by the employees response (prob bc they are under-compensated) THEN, to get home to share the half dozen bagels that I ordered with my family and notice the smear is missing and only 5 bagels rather than 6. Not only did I have to clock in late to work (money lost) but then I lost more money by not receiving my full order. Spritz energy drink was decent for the price point.

  My experience this morning was very poor. Waited 30 minutes for food that wasn’t available or ready. The company needs to staff more people to run the drive thru and support the workers there. Terrible experience overall. Will not come back to this location/don’t recommend on a Sunday morning.

  This was my first time at Einstein Bagels. It took almost 30 minutes to get my sandwich. The staff advised another customer must have taken my sandwich. I sat there and waited but i never heard them call my name. I got the garden avocado. I only got one sandwich. The two customers behind me got their food first. While making my sandwich one of the staff members started sweeping aggressively kicking up a lot of dust. The next problem was customer service - a different had an issue with app billing and asked of the staff members about who to contact. He was nice, polite, professional. The lady behind the counter yelled at him "YOU HAVE TO CALL 1800BAGELME. WE CANNOT HELP YOU HERE" he was like oh okay. It made me feel really uncomfortable. Tone of voice was aggressive. I felt bad for the guy, he was clearly a repeat customer and he just wanted to figure out how to solve an issue. I felt uncomfortable. I don't like being in environments with yelling. When there were no orders up on the screen I went to the register and showed them my receipt. They advised that someone must have taken it and advised they would make me one. Going up there after they yelled at the guy was hard for me because I thought they would yell at me. Fortunately they didn't. They made my sandwich and I was out the door. This was my first experience with Einstein Bagel and it will also be my last.
