  We’ve been getting Crafters (Boombozz before that) since we moved to Carmel in 2020, and I’ve ordered the same pizza every single time: the White Pie on tavern style crust, extra ricotta, goat cheese, and sausage. Without fail, it used to be absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, over the past year or so, the White Pie just hasn’t been the same. I honestly can’t put my finger on exactly what has changed, but I’ve noticed that it seems to be just dough and a few dollops of ricotta. It’s been really disappointing because I’m not a huge pizza person, and this was always my “safe place” whenever my family wanted pizza. That being said, we really do love Crafters. My husband’s Grandma’s Money pizza is excellent every single time, and every appetizer we’ve gotten has been phenomenal. The service has always been great too. We genuinely love the restaurant, which is why I wanted to mention this. I know I’m just one person and it’s just one pizza, but I would be so happy if the White Pie could go back to what it used to be. I really do miss it!

  I had an amazing meal here and highly recommend checking it out. I ordered two different pizzas, and both were fantastic. As good as the pizzas were, the chips with brisket were the unexpected highligh as they were packed with flavor. It is rare to find a spot where the sides are just as phenomenal as the main course, but this place absolutely nails it.

  Our waitress was great and our food was great. The only issue was we ordered wings off the menu and there is no clarification on the price. It was more then we were expecting. The waitress noted after that it was 75 cents for saucing the wings and this is not noted anywhere on the menu. I would hope that their pricing is more transparent in the future.

  Ordered pizza thru DoorDash. Pizza was supposed to have 2x xtra cheese. Not at all what was received. Frozen pizza would have been better. I called the store and spoke with manager, but because I ordered thru DoorDash they pretty much said I was sorry out of luck. I was told that they weigh their toppings. I say their scale needs recalibrated! DoorDash would only refund a portion of order. Absolutely ridiculous! Won’t order from there again. Crafter’s didn’t take opportunity to make it right.

  ⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing and Disgusting Experience My son ordered two pizzas online from this location, and one of them was absolutely unacceptable. The sauce tasted rancid, making the pizza disgusting and completely inedible. 🤮 We did the right thing and called the restaurant immediately to report the problem. We spoke directly with the manager, explained what happened, and were told that we would receive a refund by mail. Instead, what we received was a Domino’s Pizza voucher. Seriously? We paid this restaurant for food that we could not eat, and rather than receiving the refund we were promised, we were sent a voucher for an entirely different restaurant. That response is incredibly disappointing and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. When a customer receives food that tastes rancid and immediately reports it, the appropriate response should be to take the complaint seriously and honor what the manager promised—not send some unrelated pizza voucher. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this establishment. I would not spend my money here again, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Do not contact me. The damage has already been done, and no follow-up call is going to change the experience or the way this complaint was handled. If customer service matters to you, I would think twice before ordering from this location.
