- MSMani Sankar5 days ago2.0Quantity and quality both varies. For a franchise and a chain restaurant you would expect tasks is consistent. Time it takes to cook fajitas and chicken has to be consistent but no. This varies which makes it 2 stars.
- SLSara Jo LongJun 14, 20261.0Kid size portion at best even down to the rice! All worried about their staff/manager meeting that took place by 1:30pm on a Sunday in the middle of the dining area. The queso looked like paste. The trays they give you your food on were dirty. For $12 a bowl I think your customers deserve more than crummy attitudes and crap portions. However, the people that got bowls while managers were in a meeting were way better!

No rice available, no veggies, the line was a mess. Not appetizing in the slightest. I asked for steak and was told the only protein left was honey chicken. I could see that there was plenty of food cooked but was told by the rude employee that it was for a catering order and I couldn’t have any of it. It was not boxed and ready to go, it was sitting on the counter in metal containers. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently Amanda had no time for me. We decided to leave as the food was gross and the service was non existent. On the way out I said I would leave a review and then Amanda came out from behind yelling sir, sir. I didn’t wait for her I just left. I will never be going back. It looks like from the previous reviews that this is SOP for this location. I wish I could leave zero stars.

I came in the next day, showed them a picture of the bowl from the day before and asked the guy to make sure it was full this time and HE GAVE ME ONE THAT WAS HALF EMPTY. I had to ask him to put more food in it. Insanity. To me, this is management training their people to give less food to increase profits.

They also charge $1.70 for water cups. You may want to consider other locations, it seems this one wants to nickel and dime you.
