I love Chick-fil-A! This location is great as expected. It is challenging to get in it you have a trailer, but over all I like this Chick-fil-A. They do not have a kids play area though like everyother Chick-fil-AIl I have been to.

Yoel and James catered to our every need with the best service I have ever received. In my life. Not only are they good looking, they provided me with my food and it was fire. They even took care of my friends’ food and provided me with an experience to remember. Give them a raise please 🙏😃💗

While driving across the country, we stopped here and loved the atmosphere! They had flowers on every table. The staff was attentive and friendly. They offered us cow ears and stickers for the kids. They checked on us several times to make sure we were all taken care of. Overall, this was the best experience at chic fil a

I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A ……. ——-Until today: I called ahead to place a large order for my team working on a Saturday. The order itself was fairly straightforward: 20 chicken sandwiches, 20 fries, and 20 mac & cheeses. I also requested sauces, napkins, and forks since many of the guys would be returning to the shop, grabbing their food, and heading home for the day. The employee (shift supervisor) who took my order assured me that this would be "no problem at all." Before hanging up, I confirmed an 11:20 a.m. pickup time. He asked when I needed it, and I explained that I was about 20 minutes away but could wait longer if necessary. His response was, "If you need it in 20 minutes, we'll have it done." I even asked, "Are you sure?" and he confidently said yes. I arrived at 11:15 a.m., only to find that the order hadn't even been started. I waited patiently for another 10 minutes before asking for an update. At that point, I was told they were waiting on the mac & cheese because I had placed the order with such short notice. It was then I realized I was speaking with the same employee who had taken my order over the phone. Instead of simply explaining that they needed more time when I initially called, I was repeatedly reminded that I "didn't give them enough notice"—despite being assured multiple times that 20 minutes was sufficient. I asked whether the chicken sandwiches and fries would be cold by the time the mac & cheese was ready. Again, I was told they were just waiting on the mac & cheese, followed by another comment about the short notice. I explained that if realistic expectations had been set from the beginning, I would have happily waited longer or adjusted my plans accordingly. By this point, it was 11:40 a.m.—20 minutes past the agreed pickup time. A few minutes later, the same employee called me over, refunded the cost of all 20 fries, and explained that they were no longer fresh. I was confused because moments earlier the issue had supposedly been the mac & cheese. When I asked if the fries were being remade, I was told no. The fries would simply be refunded because they had gone cold while waiting on the rest of the order. When the food was finally brought out, another employee helped load it into my truck. I asked if there was a manager above the shift supervisor available to speak with, but there wasn't. As I was discussing the situation with another shift supervisor, the same employee rushed outside to hand me three coupon cards. It felt less like genuine service recovery and more like an attempt to smooth things over before I had the opportunity to speak with someone else about what had happened. At that point, I simply got in my truck and left. Back at the shop, as we started distributing the meals, we discovered there were no sauces, no forks for the mac & cheese, and no napkins—despite specifically requesting all of them during the original order. News flash: —- yes, the fries were cold. I've always associated Chick-fil-A with exceptional customer service, accountability, and attention to detail. That's why this experience was so disappointing. The issue wasn't that a large order took longer than expected. The issue was the lack of communication, repeated shifting of responsibility onto the customer, and failure to deliver on even the basic details of the order or attention to detail. I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A before, but this was easily the most frustrating one I've encountered. Unfortunately, it felt more like an experience you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant with low service standards—not the Chick-fil-A brand I've come to know and appreciate, felt like the experience you expect at McDonald’s.

Ordered the jalapeño chicken club sandwich and I got a basic deluxe chicken sandwich. They seemed like they didn’t know what the sandwich was, even though it’s the current advertised special. No candied caramelized bacon and no bacon at all. I had to go back inside to get my order correct, which it had already taken a long time on the initial drive-through order, even though there were no other cars. The experience was not my pleasure. They didn’t have any jalapeño ranch at all.
