  Went in literally on Nurses Day 05/06/26 and asked about the nurses complimentary chicken. I was told they aren't doing anything. Look down and see a flier about the week 05/4-05/08 with different specialities highlighted and nurses on Monday 05/04 and social workers 05/06. I stated that today 05/06 starts nurses week and no one would come in early as that not part of the celebration week. And that today is Nurses today 05/06/026 pulling up phone with that along with multiple things being offered for such. They were dumbfounded and could not conceptionalize anything other than the flier that I pointed out to them let alone that not correct dates. After much back and forth, she finally went to a manager who then told her yes, it was wrong and flipped and to honor a entree to me. Not the Chick-a -filet "Have a blessed day" experience I was hoping for after working as a nurse all day and just thought I would get a little treat so as to not have to make some dinner when got home on ACTUAL NURSES DAY! It just shows that this customer service hype is exactly that and no one actually puts in the work to make sure it is what is advertised as and would be appropriate. Just another in the world we live in today where something easy is overlooked and made difficult and shows the lack of awareness of surroundings by people.

  So I pull up in the drive thru. I order minis and a medium waffle fry. I get told no I can’t get fries I have to get hash browns. I go to chick fila all the time. I go to 4 other locations. They all just say drive up and we will bring them out to you. disappointed in service denying me on what I get almost every morning now. Never going back to this location.

  This location is horrible, you will have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for your order, and it’s same if you call ahead of time. It’s only Gen Z employees that are both rude and screw up the order. This location has also been failing health inspections per the state of Indiana records for 2026

  Since this place opened I rarely get a correct order. I’ve called and I’ve left reviews on the app when it asks for a survey. Nothing changes. Never once in my history at the 86th location or the Whitestown location, which have been around much longer, does this EVER happen. You can offer me a free sandwich all you want, but that’s not what I want. I want my CORRECT order. All I asked for was a chick fil a chicken sandwich which automatically has lettuce and a tomato and to add PJ cheese. I even clarified this. Get home and it just has PJ cheese. I’m tired of leaving here and not getting what I asked for - it happens at least 2 times every 5 visits. That’s too much. You all are notorious for leaving out requested condiments too or not getting the correct chicken I want on the Market Salad when I ask for grilled.
