  We go here because our kids enjoy it. We also love shyria! Shes amazing every time and makes it worth coming back

  Awful....ordered over an hour ago, the delivery driver has been waiting to collect my order for 40 mins. Just called, apparently my food is ready but they are waiting for somebody to do the drinks. Have no faith the food will be warm, plus its now 21:20 and need to get the kids ready for bed....but they haven't eaten. Absolute joke of a place * it just arrived after 2 calls to the restaurant and 1 to door dash. The food was absolutely stone cold....all because it sat on the side waiting for somebody to pour the drinks. $58 for stone cold food that turned up at 21:40...on a school night.

  I placed a take out order in January and they made my wings incorrectly and I didn't realize it until I got home. I called them and they only offered to remake them knowing I would have to drive back to the restaurant and pick them up. I had to ask for a refund for the inconvenience. They agreed to givr me one. They told me they cannot process the refund there in the restaurant on their end and would have to have the manager go through cooperate or something. Mind you this order was only about $22. It is now the end of March and after multiple attempts (around 5 or so!) of me or my husband trying to follow up on this refund they continued to ask for more time to 'look into it' and not take our word that we never received the refund. We have been faithful customers there obviously and ordered frequently. We also had some other issues with them as we had an awful time for awhile with our app not allowing us to order their wing deal and the customer service line was no help at all. One time they would have someone ring it on their end and the next time they would tell us no one could ring the app deals in the restaurant. All in all dealing with them has been terrible and unfortunately after our order of 60 wings being messed up once again last week we are just done with the nonsense. Please treat your loyal customers better than this. Extremely ridiculous!
