  It's so nice to find a celiac safe restaurant with lots of gluten free options and the food is delicious. There was 4 of us that tried Bibibop and we all loved it. The food options are amazing. The tea and lemonade is so tasty and I highly recommend everything. The staff was friendly and able to answer all of our questions.

  Efficient service, nutritious and very tasty food. Atmosphere a little industrial, but did not go for the ambiance. It was my 1st time at Bibbibop. I will be returning. A very nice alternative to standard fast food establishments.

  My first time here, and it was an exceptional experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and all my questions as I ordered were answered politely and completely. The restaurant was clean and pleasant, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely worth the trip and will be returning!

  0 stars. I honestly don’t even know where to start with this experience. I’ve been to this location multiple times, but what happened during my most recent visit was beyond disappointing and genuinely uncomfortable. I stood there waiting to be helped, making eye contact, clearly visible, and still I was completely ignored. Not just briefly overlooked — I mean fully ignored as if I wasn’t even there. Meanwhile, I watched the employee be warm, friendly, smiling, and extremely attentive with every single other customer who walked in after me. It made the whole experience feel incredibly disrespectful and honestly degrading. I’ve never felt so invisible and dismissed in a customer service setting before. I don’t want to assume intent or turn this into something it may not be, but the difference in treatment was so obvious it was hard not to question what was going on. What makes it even more frustrating is that I actually enjoy the food here. The quality is good, and I’ve always been willing to come back. But no matter how good the food is, no one should be made to feel ignored or unwelcome like that. One employee doesn’t define an entire business, but experiences like this absolutely affect whether I return. I left feeling shocked, disrespected, and honestly not valued at all as a customer. I hope this is taken seriously, because it really left a bad impression.
