- SSSean5 days ago2.0Small scoop big price. They used to scoop big scoops of ice cream but it seems the owner or someone trained them to scoop much smaller now. Sorry but we're done paying $10 for 3oz of ice cream
- AFAlex (Fade)Jul 3, 20262.0Got a hot fudge sundae and it was a single scoop of ice cream with a drizzle of hot fudge. If you want to spend $10 on something so small go for it, but I'd rather just buy a pint and some hot fudge at a store and save some money.

YeeJun 13, 20265.0Pleasantly the two young counter servers/register employees were very polite, courteous, efficient and proper word selection / enunciation so hope this is the norm not an anomaly. Set a high standard for future visits and exceeded experiences with longstanding competitors. Ben and Jerry product quality and flavor variety are premium, had the Cherry Garcia in waffle cone and mango in a cup. Wooden spoons-who does that anymore? Nice touch. Would visit again based on this positive experience particularly the best customer service of any recently visited ice cream retailer and product quality/differentiation.
