Jenny was always amazing and she treated us with so much respect, she would be so happy to see us! A couple months ago it was obvious they changed hands, it was okay, but the staff were disrespectful every time we went there. The staff would give use the wrong ice cream if we did a mobile order, then I would come back in and ask for the correct ice cream, then they would treat me like I'm a idiot and say "that is the correct ice cream", I would ask the guy to remake it then he would get angry while remaking it and wouldn't talk to me again. We haven't been here as often since they changed owners, HOWEVER, we went last night because we haven't been in a couple of months, my girlfriend wanted the nutty coconut and the triple mango, I walk in there, firstly the door is wide open, the ac is clearly not working and it's hot in there. The ice cream that she wanted was not available, actually HALF OF THE FLAVORS WERE NOT AVAILABLE, the guy at the counter was clueless when I asked and just said sorry. There was no note or explanation on why HALF of the flavors were not available when they have been available everytime we have been there. So I got a bottled pepsi for myself (yes I should have checked the date before I left) but the pepsi was almost expired by 2 WEEKS. Finally the guy who checked me out immediately went outside and smoked a cigarette WHILE the door was open, clearly they have changed owners AGAIN, we will never EVER come back.

They took my personal cone order 2nd, forgot about it, then I told them again and a different employee took the order then walked to the other end and helped someone else. After my other cooks were ordered they asked if there was anything else and I told them my cone again. Once that was finally done, the manager took to the register and put in what I am to believe was my order. I waited for a beat until I asked if that was my total. He said yes. No explanation or break down. Nothing pointing my way to tell me what it cost. Just a total to trust. To chocolate waffle cones were gross. A waxy chocolate that coats your tongue. Maybe BRs is an old relic.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
