  I usually love Sonic but today I went on my lunch break to grab food and ordered chicken strips and fries and a half cut tea.. These chicken strips could sand down metal and the fries were all the little bits that are overdone and hard. I couldn't eat it all all. I'm so disappointed.

  Haven't been to this location in a year and the lady at cashier has a serious customer service problem, no manners and slammed the door on me. NEEDS RETRAINING! Sticker right above her deeming kindness to all!

  Sonics food carries it, but when I pay for extra lemon, I expect to be given extra lemon, and it seems to be a 50/50 whether I get it, sometimes I simply get 1 slice, other times I get slices of limes, and if I'm unlucky I get absolutely nothing, ordering is more of a gamble than the average casino.

  I placed a pick up order at this sonic and when they brought my order out to me, they forgot to bring me two of my items so I called the restaurant three separate times and not once did they pick up the phone so I had to get out of my vehicle and go knock on their kitchen door for them to come out and give me the rest of my order it would be nice if the employees there or even the manager would pick up the phone after a customer calls three separate times in a row

  Didn’t get all of our food and when trying to call them to tell them no one answers the phone!! I am sick to death of ordering food getting ripped off and no one has to account for it. So I’ll be sure to let people know this isn’t the best place to order food from on social media.. word gets around
