  Apparently ordering a turkey bacon ranch but hold the ranch was too confusing for them, so they just gave me a corned beef Reuben and figured I wouldn't notice until I got home. They were right; and since getting through road construction to even get to the restaurant is such a pain they didn't have to worry about me coming back to make it right. So congratulations, you screwed me over big time. Have to wonder how many people are being charged for food they can't eat knowing most won't risk their vehicle alignment going back to make it right. Great way to offload unwanted food items! If you're looking for a mystery meal, this is the place to go. If you want what you actually order, there are plenty of places in town who can handle a "special order" like hold the ranch.

  Staff were friendly. One of our orders needed to be dairy free and cheese was put in their sandwich. The curly fries tasted old and freezer burnt. Our sandwiches were not fresh and room temp. The facility has a musky dirty smell. Not the cleanest facility.

  I wanted to get the 7.99 box but they won't allow you to get regular roast beef they took that sandwich away so I stopped going there cuz they are so expensive but love their food

  Most of the time when I go in there, its a group of young girls goofing around. Half of the time they have the drive-thru blocked off for no apparent reason. Once time they had it blocked when I pulled up, went in to grab my online order, and someone was moving the cone when I walked out. They forget your items quite often. This particular visit, forgot the Au Ju for my French dip. Went back to get it. Get to work and find out there's no BBQ on my pulled BBQ sandwich either. BBQ is literally in the name of the sandwich. Highly disappointed with h This place and its one of 3 options I have for a close quick lunch.
