  Put in an order on the app and my fiance went to pick it up. When he returned he told me they forgot to get italian bread out so they tried to call me but it didn’t go through so they put it on a bread I don’t like. I called the store and asked if I could just receive a refund and that I never received a call from them. The girl who answered the phone then got very rude and started yelling saying if I was going to call her a liar she would just hang up. I explained that I never said they didn’t call just that I didn’t get it. I asked if I could just receive the refund as I wasn’t going to eat the sandwich since I didn’t approve the change and she just said “Fine. But it’ll be awhile.” and immediately hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
