  This location has really gone downhill. Concentration is on the drive thru so lobby customers are pretty much ignored. Ordering kiosks were dirty, eating area needs a good cleaning! Sad as it use to be a nice place.

  Ordered the $9 big box with a crazy Gordita crunch as advertised in the drive thru. Got home to a completely different box. Called in and they said the signs were wrong. Here’s and idea. Why don’t you go fix them…

  If you are considering stopping after midnight, DO NOT BOTHER. They will either get your order wrong or pretend to be closed. The night shift crew is a joke.

  Guy on drive through talked quiet and mumbled had to ask to repeat what he was saying. Because screen didn't have up what I ordered I asked the woman at the window what was in my order. She said #7 then looked at me like that explained everything. I had to ask her what was in the #7 because I ordered by item name not by number. Service was fast but overall better communication skills needed.

  Been living in brownsburg for a few years now, first time going to this taco bell, they forgot a part of my order (empanadas). Do not recommend a large order in the drive through unless you have time to open everything in the bag to double check they were doing their jobs correctly.
