  This is the store from where we always order as it's near to our house. When last time we ordered, they didn't make our pizza good. And then we submitted feedback about how they messed with it. As it was totally stuck with cardboard. Am not saying just the center part was stuck, it was the whole pizza that was stuck with cardboard. Then the next day, I got a call from the manager that we were not satisfied with the order, or I can say, her staff totally messed up our order to fix it, either she will give us free pizza or credit. As I was not going to order soon, I asked for credit. Then I waited for a few days that may be it would automatically add. But that was a total lie and when I called today, she asked for her name on account and mentioned she could see any credit. OMG, hello miss that's why I am calling as no credit is added. Then, without informing me, she just transferred me to another person. And someone answered and asked why I was calling. I said I was talking to the manager. And he said, I am the manager. It means the first person was never manager. Are they trying to fool their customers by regular staff acting like managers? Then I explained everything to him, and he said he also couldn't see any credit. Then I have to explain again blah blah ... Yes, I am calling because I cannot see credit either. And he said he couldn't do anything. This is the worst customer service ever. Why do you first make a promise and then tell a lie in your face and act like a great person? But you are not sir/madam. This is totally BS service. I will not order from your store ever again, and I will also warn others to make an order from this ridiculous store.

  Love that this newer location is much closer to our home. When we order delivery, it always arrives ahead of schedule, often before the PapaTrack says it’s even out of the oven. This is one of the few places that will successfully make my kids weird pizza with cheese and no sauce.

  I have ordered pizzas here every week since they opened. Always ready on time and the pizzas are always correct and good quality. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean Can’t ask for much more from a takeout pizza place
