  I asked for condiments and the manager came out and refused to give me the amount and what I asked for!!! Said she could only give me one of each (ketchup, salt and mustard) Couldn’t get Mayo, Splenda or anything else I asked for a refund and she gave me 4 ketchup, 2 mustard and 1 salt nothing else I asked for…..So sad but was an option on the mobile app. For my meal!!! So sad the manager had free time to police the condiments!!!!!!!

  Typically, I wouldn’t do this, but because I was double charged for an order that I only received half of my items on, the woman at the window slammed the window shut in my face when I had offered to PAY MORE to get my childrens food in case the order wasn’t taken properly, and then calling the manager and the manager answering by saying “what do you want?” is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. I’m not expecting a five star dining experience, I understand people make mistakes and sometimes the system messes up, but I am expecting at least a little bit of customer service.

  I ordered 20 mcnuggets with 3 sauces for pickup curbside for my two grandchildren. No sauces. No napkins. Disappointed. I went to submit some feedback... which is hard to find but you can do it from the app (...more/help/contactus/customer feedback) but this requires the store number. Which is, apparently on the receipt which I no longer have OR, SUPPOSEDLY, you can lookup the store number online with the locator. But, the store number is no where to be found. Just compounded frustration.
