  We stopped at an Arby's in Brookville In. during a road trip from Fl. to Mi. and back again for a rest stop and....breakfast!!?? New to me,(only certain stores) but add it to another thing that they do well. The manager up front was gregarious and did not appear to mind me pumping him for information🤪, and complimenting the chain on the improvements they have made thru the years. I won't stop at a Burger King, McDonald's is just for the famished, and the Wendy's Double is actually less than half the size it used to be, (although their frosty swirl is delish). Competition is fierce, but if you haven't checked them out in a while... Gyro is for real... Cherry turnover puts most desserts to shame... Along with a larger variety than most fast food chains.... It may be hard to believe I just wrote this long of a review for a fast food chain, but I bet if you ever pass through Brookville, you'll find out why!

  Horrible. No roast beef, no pop, no ice, no ice cream, no turnovers and no shakes and a whole bottle of ranch on my chicken wrap. The guy on the headset was talking about how mad he was that we showed up 10 minutes before they closed. So he made our food wrong on purpose. Closing crew needs to be replaced.

  Credit card machine was not working, causing the drive thru to be slow. But the manager and workers were working their tails off. You could tell they were short staffed but they were all friendly and smiling. I felt terrible for them. My food was hot, good and served with a smile.

  When we pulled in there were employees in the parking lot, rolling their eyes and giving us dirty looks. As if that wasn't annoying enough, the store was gross. Garbage everywhere, bathrooms were not stocked and dirty. The sauces were disgusting, chunky and gross. The woman behind the counter was rude, laughing at customers and trash talking the food at the counter in front of us. The food was typical of an Arby's, but definitely would not go back.
