  When we visited the store, the staff member did not acknowledge us or show any willingness to help.We are Hungry He told us he could not take our order because he already had a list of online orders to complete and asked us to wait. However, shortly after, a local customer arrived and he immediately took their order while continuing to ask us to wait. This felt very unfair and came across as rude, especially as it seemed we were being treated differently because we are not Americans. I kindly request that management review this situation and check the store’s cameras to better understand what happened.

  I have been to Subways all over this country and have to say the customer service here was beyond fabulous. They exhibited great patience when serving my nearly deaf friend as the order was created. My friend and I sat outside chatting for over an hour and the staff came to check on us multiple times. Fantastic, I highly recommend visiting this Subway in Brookston, IN.

  Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Only one employee working and he was obviously not happy that he had customers.
