I was here as a vendor, but I wanted food. All the lobby doors were locked so I knocked on the drive through window. Where I was told "yeah sorry" and that's it? Take my order then, I'm in a big truck that cant go through your drive through, I'm making a delivery to you and you can't take my order? This is a sad excuse for an Arbys, I've never had a bad experience with an Arbys like this. If you don't have the help to open the lobby ( which is what I'm assuming), then at least take care of your customers that cant go through your drive through. I won't be back.

I loved the new promo sandwich with the au ju!! Crinkle fries + cheese dip for the win!
5/8/26 update: The food is still great but the service has taken a massive dive in recent times.
One HUGE problem is that if you order on the mobile app they start making your food NOW. Most other fast food restaurants start the food when you arrive and check in. I had forgotten this and it's a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurant from my house.
I arrived at the drive thru and requested no ice - there is no way to do this in their mobile app either. I was told to pull up to the second window and when I did I found they already had 2 people "pulled forward". This meant there wasn't enough room for me to get to the drive thru-window. But, I was able to get close enough to register the drive thru timer and defeating the reason they had those other customers pull up in the first place.
For those of you who have never worked drive-thru - this is a way to cheat your service times. When a customer pulls up to the window a sensor is triggered and a timer starts. When that car leaves, the timer stops and a new one starts for the next car. That's how restaurants track performance. Employees will try to cheat the system by having you pull forward off the timer where they can get your food out to you whenever they are ready.
And to bring it full circle, when I was handed my drink it was packed FULL of ice. All the guy had to say was "Sorry, your drink was already made" as he shoved it at me.
My last few trips have been a massive decline in service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I have updated my ratings accordingly.
