Great ice cream shop with lots of flavors and options to choose from. They even have cookie ice cream sandwiches, which are a fun and delicious treat. Definitely worth stopping by! Very friendly staff and has seating both indoor and outdoor.

I brought a friend from Europe here because the reviews looked great, but it turned into a pretty disappointing experience. We showed the cashier the menu on my phone while ordering, and instead of helping us, she seemed annoyed and told us to order online for pickup. I also paid cash, but my receipt still included a 3.95% credit card processing fee. It was only $0.08, but that’s not really the point. If I’m paying cash, I shouldn’t be charged a credit card fee. The worst part was opening the ice cream and immediately finding a long brown hair sitting right on top. I have black hair and my friend is blonde, so it definitely wasn’t from either of us. Really disappointing experience overall.

I ordered a Turtle Sundae yesterday, and I was very disappointed. Instead of tasting like a Turtle Sundae, it had a noticeable banana pudding flavor, which completely changed the taste. This shouldn’t happen. It seems like the scoop or serving spoon wasn’t properly cleaned between flavors. Customers expect to receive the flavor they order, not a mix of multiple ice creams. I hope the staff takes this seriously by thoroughly cleaning scoops or using separate utensils to prevent cross-contamination of flavors. I would love to come back, but this experience definitely needs to be addressed.
