  Went there after a 12 hour vendor event. It was 1am. Worst experience EVER! AND WE WILL NEVER RETURN! 7 employees called off. We placed an online order because the lobby was closed. Seating available outside. One staff member was sitting outside telling everyone it was a 45 minute wait. There were 3 of us, one an 11yr old. 15-20 waiting around the walk up window vicinity. The other adult had her hand on the glass waiting for her food because we just received a text that our order was ready. She stood there 15 minutes, visually impaired and is disabled. She was told to get her hand off the glass. Same employee yells out the window that none of us are receiving our food until the driver of someone parked out at curb side moves their car and began throwing orders in the trash. The floor was littered with trash. A large red bull sitting on the service line. Lots of yelling and cursing. Child became scared. I started recording because I was certain there was going to be a fight or someone was going to pull that employee through the window for a beat down! Food was great though. Absolutely never again.

  Slowest and most disrespectful Taco Bell. Kitchen bumping rap music in the back louder than the music in the restaurant. Guy working the front is rude and gross. Was staring down a young college girl. She even made a comment that that guy was staring at her. I along with three other people have been there 30+ minutes and he made sure that girl who he was grossly staring at had her food come out quick so he could talk to her. You got a better chance getting Taco Bell quicker from the North College location on a Friday night during little five then this place at 11 o’clock on a Thursday two week into a new school year.

  Took 45 minutes to make two tacos and wouldn't make the rest of our food. There's a reason why these guys make minimum wage.
