  I just want to take a moment to recognize an associate by the name of Nicole S. I am an hour from home and see at some places workers don't care but not in this case, I felt welcomed and cared for in the process. Her heart warming communication and constant apologies to comfort guests were so sweet and genuine. She had a team but half were not visible from the beginning and no one else had a since of urgency and respect for the guests. So I appreciate her, I won't even say how long I waited for them to sort it out with the lobby and dining room full but she has my stamp of approval for sure!! Nicole S*****s (I'm blocking her last name in case she doesn't want it on there but to make sure it is her in case they have other Nicole's on the team) was amazing and held the line of impatient customers and dashers while the kitchen figured out the orders jammed on the screen. Her professionalism and respect for the guests plus her go get it and I'll fix it willingness despite some customers not speaking their needs and order requests properly so she would be able to assist them, she still kept a smile and communicated well to get the situation fixed and one by one getting the orders together. Her presence just lifted the atmosphere for me. Great job, we appreciate it!

  I made an order 2 hrs prior which was scheduled for pick up at 5:30. It’s past 6 and nothing. Last time coming to this location.

  This store was amazing! When I walked in the atmosphere was extremely calm and collected, might I add on a Friday night, during a dinner rush? My order when I placed it online said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there in 6 minutes and our order wasn't ready. I was already kind of upset due to some personal things going on with my debit card, but when I walked in the doors my whole attitude did a 180. Not only was the store clean, like I would happily have ate off the floor it looked so clean, but the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I had no issue at all standing and waiting for my order to be complete. The manager running that shift tonight was working so well and doing the actual job as a manager. Greeting customers, grabbing stock from the back, cashing out, helping his workers. I saw this man at the bar to make the pizzas making a pizza, all while having a smile on his face and being kind and welcoming. He manages his team well and has their respect as they should. I could tell that every worker on his team tonight was ready to work and were happy to be working. I was extremely impressed and was talking to other customers who made the same observations. This was my best customer service experience period. Not to mention the food was extremely tasty. You could tell it was made from a place of love. I will be coming back to this store and this is the only store that will have my business as far as pizza needs. Thank you once again for the outstanding service and meeting and exceeding expectations. I talked about your store the whole hour home with my boyfriend who choose you for his birthday dinner!

  Now at this restaurant they no longer provide good service and they still don't give us a glass for our drinks.
