  I came in around 1:36 PM on Wednesday, September 23, to pick up a takeout order, and the wait was absolutely ridiculous. There appeared to be only one employee working, and instead of focusing on getting the order completed, she was talking on her cell phone while trying to work with basically one hand. The order was taking forever, and it was extremely frustrating watching someone spend time on a personal phone conversation instead of using both hands and focusing on the customers and orders waiting to be completed. I understand that restaurants can get busy and sometimes be short-staffed, but this wasn’t simply a matter of being busy. When customers are standing there waiting for their food, personal phone calls should not be taking priority over doing the job. Very disappointing experience.

  Bad customer service. Ignore customers. The staff is rude. Make order wrong many times. Not recommended at all.

  My order said it was ready for pickup so I go in to pick it up and she says it's not ready. I said yes it is and showed her my phone. Then she admitted that they gave it to someone else. So I wait for them to remake it all while watching six incompetent workers try to make pizzas but there was more dancing and talking than pizza making. Then I finally get some food, but it's not correct...imagine that.

  i ordered a pan pizza and even requested it to be cooked well done and it was unfortunately very wet, soggy, and definitely undercooked
