  Terrible service—they take forever, and the employees spend their time goofing around and chatting. The place is dirty and completely disorganized!

  I ordered online today, and when my order showed up, it was missing items. I was on hold with the for 20 minutes and then I got disconnected. Extremely difficult to rectify their product issues.

  skimped on my buffalo wings to start with, might as well have sent me nuggets in a puddle of frank's, secondly it took *3 hours* to get our pizza delivered, we placed it at 6 and only got it at 8:30 after we called and asked about it around 8, to which they told us "it's been ready", and that the doordash driver just hadn't picked it up yet; mind you, placed through *their* website, and the doordash driver is standing in the store texting us. whatever, deliver it, and of course it all has to be reheated because it's cold. terrible service and managing, can't imagine anything really gets done there at all.

  Where to begin? After my last failed experience with this store involving delivery, I decided to try take out. Watching the employees argue to the point of needing separated was a pleasant way to pass the time while I waited 20 minutes longer than projected. Missing sauces, uncut pizzas, and wrong toppings gave the order a sense of familiarity that I've come to expect from Papa John's.
