  Waited 40 minutes for one pizza, and they skimped out on sauce and toppings. Idk how you mess up pizza this badly. My mistake for coming back here expecting better.

  We have tried this place three times and they have messed up our order and omitted items every time. Most recently we asked for well done and the pizza was so undercooked that the cheese wasn't even completely melted and we had to take it home and throw it in the oven. They gave us already opened sauce cups and parmesan garlic breadsticks without any parmesan garlic topping.

  Do not goto this Papa Johns. Not sure what has happened to this specific one as they used to be on point. Multiple times recently i ordered their new pan pizza and it was not cooked at all. Still had uncooked dough throughout. In the past I threw it in the oven. Whatever things happen. Now this time it was uncooked and just looked disgusting. I politely called and just asked them for a refund in which the manager told me she cant do refunds and then put me on hold indefinitely with no intentions on picking the phone back up. I had to drive back up there late at night to get a refund for this inedible pizza.

  Used to love Papa John's but it has gone downhill in recent years. The dough isn't the same, the portions are smaller, the coverage is lacking, and there's a serious lack of consistency.
